New law on the registration of amendments to Russian OOOs’ charters

The Federal Law No. 310-FZ adopted on December 17, 2009 (“New Law”) cancelled the requirement of the Federal Law No. 312-FZ of December 30, 2008 (“OOO Law”) on Russian limited liability companies (“OOOs”) to register the amendments to the OOO charters in line with the OOO Law before January 1, 2010. Pursuant to the New Law, these amendments must be registered with the first OOO charter modifications.
