Appointment of Luc Chambon as Head of the Financial Advisory Services
Mr. Chambon has eight years of experience at Mazars Paris, and will be in charge of developing our Financial Advisory Services activities, mainly as regards financial due diligence.
We are pleased to announce that Luc Chambon joined our team in Moscow as Head of our Financial Advisory Services department.
He expressed a desire to join Mazars in Russia following a one-month mission in the country and started his role in Moscow at the end of September.
Mr. Chambon brings valuable experience and knowledge of transnational projects in financial due diligence, price adjustment procedures and independent business plan reviews required for financing leverage and cash flow projections.
At Mazars Paris he worked on audit assignments in the insurance and industry sectors. His clients included PSA, Thomson, Thales, Groupama and Médéric. After four years, he joined the Transaction Services team in Paris, where he spent a further four years working in a team of 50 professionals and conducting several projects for his clients in France and abroad.
His experience is enhanced by his degree from SUPELEC engineering school, where he majored in electrical engineering, and his Master of Engineering Studies in telecommunications from Sydney University. He is also in the final stages of the French CPA qualification (expert-comptable).
He is a native French speaker, fluent in English and currently studying Russian.
