Mazars in Russia was ranked as 8th largest audit firm according to International Accounting Bulletin’s Country Report 2011.
Compared to the previous year, company’s revenue was increased by 19% and reached the total amount of 240 mln rubles. Mazars was also ranked second in terms of growth rate, and the report stressed out that such significant growth derived in large part from due diligence and transaction services. Mazars also entered the top-three companies with the highest revenue-per-partner indicators, with the result of 120 mln rubles.
IAB Report reveals a great potential of Russian audit and consultancy market, underlining the increased demand for professional services among local businesses. At the same time, the survey shows that the overall picture for firms remains complex and aggressively competitive, forcing major players to constantly invest in their development and broaden their range of services depending on the clients’ needs.
