Webinar: New remote work regulations from 01.01.21
On 19 January 2021 Mazars held a webinar on the new remote work regulations that entered into force on 1 January 2021.
About 100 participants have joined the webinar to learn about the most recent employment law in the Russian legislation. Mazars’ experts, Alexey Shvyndenkov, Partner, Tax & Legal, Lubov Gribanova, Senior manager, Corporate compliance and Migration, and Yulia Shalashova, Senior Lawyer, discussed the possible opportunities and issues brought by the law, analysed the relevant court cases and answered the questions from the audience.
The speakers covered the following topics: types of remote work, introduction of temporary remote work in the event of an epidemic and extraordinary circumstances, supply of equipment and reimbursement of employee expenses related to remote work, electronic document flow, remote working regime, and grounds for termination of an employment contract with a remote employee.
