Alexander Grinko Tax Dispute Resolution Manager

Alexander has graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Law and has a Lawyer Degree as well as Accounting and Auditing Degree from the Moscow State Social University.
Alexander has 10+ years of experience in tax dispute resolution and tax advisory gained in the Big 4 company and in one of the Russia’s largest auditing-consulting firms and 2.5+ years of experience in statutory auditing, tax audits and tax due-diligence.
Currently, his primary focus at Mazars is tax dispute resolution. Alexander has extensive experience of litigating against the tax authorities and has represented companies from a number of industries. Alexander also advises clients on transactions where the tax treatment is ambiguous and the provisions of tax law that are controversial have been applied.
Starting from July 2019 he leads the Tax Dispute Resolution Practice of the Tax and Legal Department in Mazars Russia.
